I am a health and wellness practitioner who focuses on helping women reduce their stress levels by putting their needs on their to-do list for the sake of their mental health and happiness. Qualified in nearly 30 therapy modalities, I specialise in reflexology and reiki.


I also provide one-to-one mentoring programmes and workshops. This is where my journaling and life coaching qualifications are used. By actively listening to your situation I’m able to share bespoke strategies, tips and self-help techniques. As you learn to recognise and manage your stress and anxiety triggers you will avoid or recover from burnout and create habits for long-term health and wellbeing.
