Hi I’m Sharon Taylor. I’m a complementary therapist and I help women to improve their mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing.
With more than 20 therapy modalities under my belt, for the past 15 years I’ve used my life skills, therapy skills and most importantly, my listening-ear to hear women’s worries and concerns. I’ve then gently guided them to increase their self-awareness and self-worth by making lifestyle and behaviour changes.
Whether it’s online or hands-on, when you work with me your bespoke sessions will be designed to help you get closer to the root of what’s causing you to feel overwhelmed or frazzled (because most of the time it’s not because you’re just feeling tired). I’ll give you tips, tools and techniques that you can use outside our sessions to support you long-term.
