At this meeting we will have a guest speaker Keely Flavill from Personal Safety Trainers
Keely owns Personal Safety Trainers who provide Personal Safety, Lone Worker, De-escalation and Self Defence training services with the aim of keeping people safe and preventing incidents and injuries. They also provide First Aid for Mental Health to support people in the workplace, preventing presenteeism or long term absence and Infection Control to prevent disease transmission and outbreaks.
The business was founded early 2019 as Keely recognised that many SME’s do not have a H & S Culture, with staff facing risks when working especially where they can’t be seen or heard. Also, having been a Health & Wellbeing champion for a large corporate company, Keely is passionate about organisations embedding First Aid For Mental Health training into their organisation, to promote people to talk more freely about Mental Health, reduce stigma, encourage early intervention and enable recovery.
