The Mill Business Centre is where it all began. Back in 2014 I opened the doors to create a space where women could work, learn, and grow together — without judgment, competition, or pressure to have it all figured out. Over the years, it became a hive of activity for local businesses, trainers, and community groups who needed a calm, dependable space to focus and connect.

Today, that same spirit continues through the WBN Hub — a modern, peaceful workspace designed for women in business who want to work with purpose, balance, and clarity. It’s a place where you can think clearly, feel supported, and know that you don’t have to do it all alone.

Situated beside the Birmingham to Fazeley canal, the Hub is located at Unit 22, Tolsons Industrial Estate, Mill Lane, Fazeley, Tamworth, Staffs B78 3QD. With free parking, Wi-Fi, and refreshments included for day hire, it’s a clean, professional space that makes it easy to focus on what matters.

A bright, modern one/two-person office ideal for freelancers or small business owners who want a regular base without the commitment of a long-term lease. Perfect if you’re ready to move out of the home office and into a professional space that helps you focus and grow.

💛 Ground Floor Office – Hot Desking & Co-Working
Our ground floor office includes two desks available for daily use. It’s ideal for hybrid workers, small business owners and freelancers who want a change of scene, a quiet place to concentrate, or somewhere to meet clients.

Meeting Room Hire

Our large meeting room comfortably seats up to 12 people and is perfect for:

• Client meetings or team days

• Training sessions and workshops

• Small networking or community groups

The room includes a large TV screen and projector, flip charts, Wi-Fi and refreshments, with the option to add a buffet lunch on request.
Bookings are available by the half day or full day, with discounts when booking four or more dates in advance.
