Hello, my name is Ellen, and my company is Purple Tree Solutions. We provide IT support and services to individuals and small businesses across the UK.
I worked in many different areas of business, including administration, sales, marketing, customer service and accounting; but in 2006 decided to setup my own company providing IT services to local businesses. This includes tech support on a pay-as-you-go basis, web design, domain name registrations, email services, online backup, and security solutions. We also help with general advice regarding your IT needs. Over the years the company has grown, and we now support customers across the UK.
Based in Gloucester, my husband Shiraz and I run the company with the assistance of our two cats, one of them being especially good at customer services as she greets everyone who comes to the office.
