Zelpher is a Behaviour Consultant with a bit of detective work thrown in, deciphering the motivation behind the behaviour, going right back to its origins and formulating solution-focused, practical, effective and permanent outcomes. She delivers training and workshops to children, schools, parents and professionals and has had the opportunity to support adults with concerns about their own behaviour – 90% of which is rooted in their childhood.
