Sharon Louca picks up her 2nd Networking Award of 2022

lady on a gold glittery backgroundOur founder Sharon Louca was a finalist in the Woman Who Achieves Awards last Friday at Coombe Abbey in Warwickshire. Sharon entered the Awards for a 2nd year after reaching the finals in 2021.

The Awards process is an excellent opportunity to reflect on your business, the future, achievements and why you want to win. The process of completing the application took several hours but was time well spent when back in May, Sharon learnt once again that she was a Finalist.

A panel of judges made up of industry experts and past winners interviews all the finalists, and a winner is chosen.

The Awards covered 19 categories from Community, Start-Ups and Working from Home to Business Growth, Leaders, Writers, and Speakers.

The Awards are open to women throughout the uk

Sharon being presented an Award on stageThe awards are open to women throughout the UK, and this was the 7th Annual awards hosted by Sandra Garlick MBE. Sandra says, “Each year, I ask myself how I can surpass the previous year’s Awards. This is the 7th year I’ve run the Woman Who Achieves Awards. The calibre and number of entries increase each year. I love to create role models to inspire others. The room was filled with Finalists, entrants and those who came along to support them. The Winners became role models. Everyone left inspired. Congratulations to everyone who entered.” Sandra Garlick MBE, Founder of Woman Who.

The judges comments

The judges were impressed with Sharon’s consistency and willingness to support her fellow women to grow their businesses – fitting perfectly into the ethos of Woman Who

Sharon was delighted to be announced as the winner of the Woman Who Networks category at last Friday’s event and said about her win

I was highly delighted and shocked to hear my name called out as the winner of the Woman Who Networks Award 2022 – the calibre of the finalists was extremely high.

To be chosen as the winner is a massive confidence boost and a testament to all the hard work and dedication I put in to support my fellow women in business. I highly recommend anyone considering entering these awards to do it – the whole experience is amazing!

Entering awards is a great way to reflect on your business and future plans and to meet like-minded women. To be announced a winner is the ultimate prize and a massive boost to your confidence and adds credibility to your personal brand.”

This comes after Sharon was also announced the Winner of the Achieves through Networking Award at the Ladies First Annual Networking Awards in March 2022.
